I know. You’re expecting a slew of stack details here but as a mental health advocate I stand firm that there’s more to people than just credentials. I will always focus on people first, so . . . this is me.
After a series of events sent my mental health into a spiral I made the choice to take a chance. A chance on myself and my future. I signed up for a 10-month software engineering boot camp. It was brutal but after each knock down I picked myself up and continued on. I think THAT speaks louder than a heap of tech specs. I now want to use these skills to build tools, resources to help others. To pay forward what I can to lift others who themselves might be experiencing struggles.
